About me
I've worked in dental offices for years, in just about every front-desk role: reception, treatment coordinator, hygiene coordinator and practice manager.
No matter which clinic I worked in, the same jobs landed on the office manager: chasing insurance claims, following up on treatment patients said yes to but never booked, and making sure the doctors got paid right. On busy weeks, those were the first things to slip. As a practice manager, I've been that person.
I started Full Chair Partners so your team doesn't have to carry all of that alone. I go through your reports, show you where money is being missed, and set up Full Chair Rev OS so your front desk knows exactly what to follow up on each week. Your doctors get paid correctly and on time, and nobody has to stay late to get there.
Aesthetics is the other half of my background. I've worked in both dental and medical aesthetics clinics, I know the language, and I know what it takes to run that side of a practice well.

Yes, for aesthetics and cosmetic launches. If you'd like hands-on help, we'll come to your clinic, in Canada or the US, and stay for up to two weeks from setup to launch day. On-site launches are quoted with travel included.
Yes. We work remotely with independent practices in Canada and the US. The audit is $750 CAD for Canadian practices and $750 USD for US practices.
Your monthly partnership is quoted after the audit, based on the size of your practice and how much support you need. Partnerships start with a six-month minimum.
Each practice gets its own private, isolated workspace, and we never write to your practice software. Every partnership comes with a signed agreement that sets out how health information is handled.
